Outdoor Light Painting in Island Park, Idaho

Idaho Light Painting in Island Park

The Process

To light paint at blue hour, we took a very powerful flashlight out to Buffalo River, Idaho. I had some waiters and plunged into the water with a tripod. My camera was set to a 10 second exposure at f/13. To light paint, you need to have an open shutter while someone flashes light on your subject.
